New in ServerAstra: More Visibility, Better Security, Smarter Complaint Handling

24 Apr 2026

We've rolled out several new features in ServerAstra Billing to make the platform more transparent, more secure, and easier to manage day to day.
These updates are built to help customers stay informed, protect access to sensitive systems, and handle abuse-related issues in a more structured way.

Here's what's new:

Volume Discount Status Now Visible on the Dashboard

For customers on monthly volume-based pricing, ServerAstra Billing now shows a Volume Discount status directly on the dashboard.
This gives you a quicker and clearer view of your current monthly volume position and helps you better understand where you stand in relation to your discount level. Instead of waiting for invoice totals or manually checking usage, you can now see this information where it matters most - right in your billing overview.
This is especially useful for higher-volume customers who want more transparency and better visibility into how their activity connects to pricing.

Detailed Security Logs Are Now Available

We've added security logs to the billing system, including detailed session logs.

This gives customers better insight into account access and session activity inside the platform. Whether you want to review account usage, investigate unusual behavior, or keep a more complete audit trail, these logs provide another layer of visibility and control.
For teams that take account security seriously, having access to detailed session information makes it easier to monitor activity and respond faster when something looks off.

IP Access Lock for Extra Protection

We've also introduced IP access lock, a feature that helps protect both panel access and billing access by allowing restrictions based on specific IP addresses or IP ranges.
This adds an extra level of protection for customers who want to limit access to trusted locations only, such as office networks, VPNs, or internal infrastructure. By locking access down to approved IPs or ranges, you can reduce the risk of unauthorized access and strengthen the security of your account.
For businesses managing critical infrastructure or sensitive administrative systems, this kind of control can make a big difference.

Automated Abuse Complaint Management

Handling abuse complaints is now more streamlined with automated abuse complaint management.
When a complaint is received, the billing system can now automatically open a ticket for the customer, making sure the issue is clearly presented and routed into a resolution workflow right away.
This helps customers respond faster, stay organized, and avoid complaints getting lost or delayed in manual processes. It also creates a more consistent way to track and resolve abuse-related matters inside the billing environment.

Built for Better Day-to-Day Operations

Together, these updates are meant to improve the overall ServerAstra Billing experience in practical ways:

  • more transparency with dashboard-based volume discount visibility,
  • stronger security through session logging and IP access control,
  • and better operational handling of abuse complaints through automated ticket creation.

We'll keep improving ServerAstra Billing with features that support real customer needs - especially when it comes to security, visibility, and smoother account management.
Stay tuned for more updates.
