Account Setup and Registration
Welcome to our Account Setup and Registration guide. This page will walk you through the process of setting up your account with ServerAstra and registering for our services using our WHMCS billing system. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Visit Our Billing Portal
To begin the account setup and registration process, visit our billing portal at serverastra.com/billing.
Step 2: Create a New Account
If you're new to ServerAstra, you'll need to create an account to access our services. Click on the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the billing portal to start the account creation process.
- Fill out the registration form with your personal information, including your name, residential address, company name (if applicable) and company tax number (if applicable), email address, and desired password.
- Make sure to read and agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before submitting the form.
- Click the "Register" button to create your account.
- Confirm your email address via clicking the link in confirmation message.
Step 3: Choose a Service
You can browse our range of products and services. To select a service:
- Visit the "Services" tab in the billing portal.
- Browse our available options and choose the one that best suits your needs.
- Click "Order Now" to proceed to the checkout page.
Step 4: Complete Checkout
After selecting a service, you'll need to complete the checkout process:
- Review your order and make any necessary changes.
- Choose a payment method (e.g., Credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, etc.) and enter the required information.
- Click "Complete Order" to finalize your purchase.
Step 5: Access Your Services
Once your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with details on how to access your new services. You can also manage your services and account information through the billing portal.
- Log in to the billing portal at serverastra.com/billing.
- Click the "Services" tab to view and manage your active services.
